This private townhouse sits in a lovely Private Square, which is well  maintained  with mature rose bushes, trees and green lawns for everyone's pleasure. Each dwelling has an off street Free parking place adjacent to the house.

The accommodation provides 4 bedrooms, three of which have double beds and the forth a single bed. These are supported by 2.5 bathrooms. One with large Jacuzzi bath & shower, one with large double enclosure & power shower. The top bedroom has it's own bathroom en suite and a balcony overlooking the Thames at the other end of the room. All of the 4 floors, have the same spectacular river views. 

There's a private front garden with well tended planting overlooked from the living room which also oversees the River Thames and the many activities. Films sets have often been located here in full view. 

The house is well equipped for self catering and is completely self contained. The furniture is modern and the decoration, light and airy. This lovely property has a 4 **** accreditation from the English Tourist Council.

There is a garage on the ground floor which houses the washing machine, dryer and ironing requisites. Here you will also find a food freezer unit. This area in the main however, is kept clear and can store luggage and other items throughout your stay.

The smallest of the bedrooms is the  single bedroom on the ground floor and this is supported by the adjacent toilet which has  a wash basin. 

 

On the first floor is the kitchen which is open plan and well equipped. There's a large double cooker with hob and extractor, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and the many cupboards are stocked with china, glasses, saucepans and other essential utensils. A breakfast bar ends the area which has a large serving surface and two high stools. The telephone is located here.

The next area is dedicated to the dining table which is in solid wood set with six heavy wooden chairs.

Beyond this area is the lounge with it's open  plan design. It has a suite of leather furniture and an entertainment system comprising CD Player, Radio and satellite TV which has some 90 channels. (The townhouse has a second TV in the top floor bedroom) There are also card games and books available for use. Here, there is a large picture window overlooking the river affording magnificent views of passing ships and wildlife

On the second floor is the second and third bedrooms supported in between by a bathroom which has a large double enclosure with  power shower. Vanity  wash basin and toilet

The top floor has the second bathroom en suite with Jacuzzi. Long vanity top with wash hand basin inset. There's a toilet and bidet.

The full sized balcony at the other end of the room has an outdoor table with two chairs to allow you to relax and enjoy the views.
